At-Home Help (Ahh!)

          Welcome to afitnewyou!  With everyone being quarantined at home and with gyms being closed, I figured this would be a great opportunity to post videos to help people stay active.  Below are a set of videos that can help you incorporate essential moves into your home workouts.  The first few videos are not intended to be stand-alone workouts; however, they are provided to make sure that when you are exercising at home, you know what the proper form and progressions are of some fundamental moves.  If you have any questions on how to further incorporate these moves into your home workout, please do not hesitate to contact me for additional advice and/or information.  Stay healthy, and on track to a fit new you!
