The difference between Wikipedia and Billy Edzards is that Billy customizes his encyclopedic knowledge about fitness, training, nutrition, Eastern and Western modalities to suit each individual client. You can always find information, exercises, training plans on the Internet. But are they right for you: for your goals, your fitness levels, your physical capabilities and weaknesses? I started with Billy after one milestone birthday and am fast approaching another. Without a doubt, he helped my fitness and strength over the past years. The key to his success, and mine, is in his unique thoughtful, knowledgeable customized approach.

I am an amputee(left leg above the knee) as a result of complications from a "life saving" surgery.
About one year after my life changing medical nightmare, I was referred by a friend to BILL EDZARDS as personal trainer. During the past 7 years, each session with Bill has enabled me to concentrate on the exercise and maintain a needed sense of normalcy. His exercises emphasize strengthening my core with weights reps and and maintaining and improving my balance in creative ways such as "SURFING ON THE BACKWARDS SAUCER" and walking on either side with the bar weights. When I began to use a new prostetic leg, Bill assisted in helping me practice walking which included "walking" in the local turkey trot race.(which he walked with me)! My weekly sessions with Billy have become an important part of my week and life.~ Bill is a good and creative trainer and I am now proud to call him a friend.
